Jenna began her career in the real estate sector in South Africa in 2009 before transitioning to the Dubai market in 2019, where she has worked with leading commercial real estate firms. Her experience spans the sale and leasing of office, industrial, and retail assets, providing her with comprehensive exposure across core commercial property sectors.

With 20 years of experience across SA, Africa, and Europe in multiple real estate sectors including architecture and investment, and 11 of those in Corporate Real Estate Services, Simon has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the wider real estate sector

Francois is a Co-Founder and Director of Galetti since 2006. He obtained NQF4 in property and studied a diploma in marketing from the IMM. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial property sales and sales management, asset management as well as financial and legal deal structuring and advisory, Francois is at the forefront of leading Galetti into more success.

Antoinette pursued her passion in real estate after achieving a Bcom in Entrepreneurial Management degree from the University of Johannesburg. She joined Galetti in 2012 in an administrative role and became an integral part of the company very early on. She quickly climbed the ladder and was appointed head of operations in 2016 which played a vital role in the company’s growth to-date.

Wesley, who has played a significant role in the company since 2012, was appointed Western Cape Regional Head of Global Corporate Services in early 2019 and will be responsible for building the team across SA. He has spearheaded some of our most notable deals within the GCS division and has developed trusted and respected relationships within the industry.

Specializing in the fast-paced and deadline-driven world of auctions, Ricardo has spent nearly a decade honing his skills and knowledge in this field, this is seen in his holding of “Top Broker” title for 5 years. Currently holding the position of Director of Auction, he has extensive experience working with high net-worth individuals, property funds, and private companies, with a proven track record of success

With a decade of experience in the commercial property sector, Cameron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field. His ability to work in various industries and regions throughout Johannesburg has given him a diverse range of clients, including AdvTech Group, Kellogg, Helios Towers, Moore, Pivotal Group, Vulatel, Hauwei, among others.

Kate completed her honours in marketing after achieving a BCom in business management at the University of Pretoria. She joined Galetti in mid 2021 as a content creator & manager and was appointed head of marketing at the end of 2021. Over and above her marketing skills, Kate is an experienced photographer, videographer and digital content creator.

David Arton-Powell has over 9 years of experience managing commercial property brokerages, solving client’s problems and has a background in Finance and Insurance, having studied Property Development and Financial Management via UCT and UNISA. This makes David well-versed in the nuances of the industry, and business.

Justin entered the Corporate Real Estate business in 2011 straight out of university. What intrigues him the most about property is the vast amount of sectors the industry services. This exposure to a variety of sectors has contributed to skills that positively impact his ability to assist clients with their property needs. Starting as a broker and then moving into Capital Markets have given him a well-rounded spectrum of experience to continue delivering results in the Corporate Real Estate sector.

Keke with her Honours in PR and marketing started her career in PR. She moved to Broll property as a commercial broker in 2005 where she excelled. She co-founded New Vantage property in 2015 which was later acquired by Galetti in 2022. Keke has closed deals with MTN, Nedbank, UNISA and RSR.

Alison Gerber holds a BCom and BCom Honours in Management Accounting from Stellenbosch University and is a qualified CIMA, ACCA CGMA professional. Her career spans both large corporate banks and fast-paced startups, where she developed a strong sense of resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative way of working.

Having joined Bidline Auctions in 2008 as a senior commercial broker, Guy has experience dealing with banks, institutions and property funds. He was later appointed as a Director and founding partner of Reliance Auctions in 2011, having assisted Aucor as an independent broker outsourcing commercial, industrial and retail property on their behalf. He then went on to join the High Street Auction Company as a senior executive in 2013, successfully negotiating and concluding property transactions, achieving sales that far surpassed expectations. Most recently though, Guy was headhunted by Galetti Corporate Real Estate to join them as the Joint MD of their auction division.

He has a strong background in the theoretical aspect of the finance world, spending the past 3 years as a sales & leasing specialist in the commercial real estate industry in Cape Town, South Africa. He has a particular focus on property acquisitions, and high-end leasing in the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as fund management and asset valuations.

Christopher Young began his property career at Galetti in 2016 as an industrial broker in Johannesburg’s East Rand. With nearly a decade of experience, he has worked with investors, developers, space planners, and blue-chip tenants to deliver tailored real estate solutions across South Africa. After helping establish the Corporate Services division at Spire in Durban and specialising in Tenant Representation, Christopher returns to Galetti to drive growth in the dynamic KZN Auction division.

Anita is a business development and client management professional with experience in UAE business setup consulting, sales growth, and operations. She has advised entrepreneurs and corporate clients on business structures, licensing, and regulatory compliance across UAE free zones and mainland jurisdictions. With a strong background in account management and contract negotiations, she has successfully managed client portfolios while driving revenue through relationship-led execution. Her experience spans consulting, operations management, and sales, with a consistent focus on service quality and scalable growth.

Originally a help desk support technician at Billiton, Alistair gained valuable experience and a firm footing in the use of policies and procedures. He then spent 3 years developing several web-based ERP applications for various clients, one of which was Galetti. In 2010, Alistair began consulting for Galetti and developing Tracker, an internal management system, and later joined as IT Director in 2012.

Gobo is an HR professional with experience in recruitment, compliance, employee relations and HR consulting. Focused on people-centric processes that support organisational growth and operational consistency.

Bernice embarked on her professional journey as an administrative assistant, dedicating a year to expanding her skills before transitioning to a bookkeeping role at Alma SA. With three years of experience at Alma SA and an additional 1.5 years as a Finance Accountant at Bluespec Holdings, Bernice has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning, completing a Basic Bookkeeping course via SACOB and currently pursuing a BCom in Accounting through ICB.

Jaco is an SEO and paid media expert with over six years of experience. Despite having completed his formal education with a Matric, his passion for digital marketing has driven him to continuously refine his skills. Bianca Olivier is a Transaction Coordinator with a background in Sales, Marketing, and Property. She specializes in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Currently pursuing an Advanced Digital Marketing certification, Bianca is focused on streamlining transaction processes and enhancing client satisfaction at Galetti.

Banele joins Galetti as Auction & Campaign Manager, bringing six years of experience in marketing and media. Currently completing her BBA in Media Operations Management at Boston Media House, she began her career as a broadcaster at BMH Radio and went on to work as a voice talent for YFM and Dis-Chem Life TV, as well as hosting the Nasty C Ivyson Tour. She also holds a Certificate of Completion in This is Animation from Sony Pictures and Yellowbrick.

With an administrative background spanning the realms of retail and engineering, Tracey proves to be a massive asset to the Galetti operations team. She is currently serving as a Data Coordinator and brings a wealth of experience and a multifaceted skill set to her role.

Having spent over 4 years in the legal industry he possesses vast knowledge on the regulatory frameworks in various areas of law including industry insights, procedures and key players in the restructuring and insolvency arena.

Sam is an Economics Honours graduate from the University of Cape Town, with a strong foundation in economic theory, market dynamics, and policy frameworks. She also holds Magna Cum Laude honors in digital marketing.

Nico Nhlebeya is an IT Specialist with over four years of experience in IT support and systems management. Currently completing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, he holds multiple certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+. His expertise includes system migrations, network management, and IT operations, with notable achievements such as maintaining a 98.76% SLA compliance rate at Curro Holdings in 2023.
